Hand Skinner

Our blades for hand-held derinders are made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and are designed for long-term use in meat processing. They separate skin, fat and connective tissue cleanly from the meat and ensure an even, clean cutting result.

Thanks to their stable rectangular shape, they sit securely in the tool and maintain their sharpness even with frequent use. Each blade is precisely ground and manufactured with tight tolerances to ensure consistent results. Special designs can be produced according to customer specifications upon request.

Rib Puller

This blade is used for exposing the rib section. The pointed tip makes it easier to position the blade on the bone, and the concave shape follows the contour of the rib. This allows the connecting tissue to be separated cleanly, leaving the bone exposed while minimizing meat loss. The shape enables steady and controlled work, especially on loin sections or rib cuts.

The blade is made of corrosion-resistant steel and is supplied without coating. Its design is suitable for precise work in tight areas, where clean cut lines and secure tool contact are essential.
