Circular knife for food
For processing bread, meat, and fish, we offer specially developed stainless steel circular knives. These food-grade knives meet the highest hygiene standards and ensure clean, even cuts. In the bread and baked goods industry, non-stick coated (e.g., Teflon) circular knives are available upon request, reducing sticking and ensuring efficient cutting processes. This coating has also proven its worth in the packaging industry.

Our industrial knives cover a wide range of applications – from paper, plastics, and rubber to technical textiles. We offer circular knives in sizes from 50 mm to 1000 mm in diameter, manufactured from robust materials such as wear-resistant tool steel 1.2379. High concentricity and axial runout accuracy, as well as optional coatings, ensure optimal cutting performance on demanding materials.
Circular knives – custom-made
In addition to our standard range, we also offer custom manufacturing. Upon customer request, we produce circular knives based on drawings, sketches, or specific dimensions. Special materials, coatings, and tooth geometries can be accommodated. Whether custom-made or in series production, we deliver tailor-made solutions tailored to your machine and application.
We are happy to create a drawing in advance for an additional fee to clarify details and obtain approval. The costs will be credited back upon order placement.
