Circular saws
For clean cuts
Powerful circular saw blades
Our circular saw blades impress with their quality, versatility, and durability. They are suitable for both professional use in sawmills and demanding applications in industry and trade. Thanks to the use of high-quality materials and precise manufacturing techniques, they offer precise cuts, optimized chip removal, and exceptionally smooth running.

Solid steel circular saw blades
Made from durable solid steel and available in diameters from 80 to 2,200 mm, our circular saw blades offer robust solutions for both rough and fine applications. Whether for slope saws, delimbing saws, or log blades for further processing, various tooth shapes, special hardenings, and customized toothing ensure maximum performance in woodworking.
Individual carbide saw blades
For the most demanding applications, we manufacture circular saws with carbide or Stellite tips. These are ideal for precise and durable cuts, especially with abrasive materials. Available upon request:
Wiper
Chip deflectors
Heat treatment
Expansion slots to reduce stress
Noise-dampening geometries
Individual drilling and hole patterns
Tooth shapes & applications

Alternate tooth
The alternate bevel is one of the most commonly used tooth shapes for solid wood. The teeth are alternately beveled to the right and left, ensuring high cutting performance while maintaining a clean cut. They are particularly suitable for rip and cross cuts in soft and hard wood, as well as for veneered and coated materials with appropriate modifications.

Trapezoidal flat tooth
This tooth shape alternates between a trapezoidal beveled tooth and a flat tooth. The trapezoidal tooth is used for pre-cutting, while the flat tooth is used for finishing. This combination is ideal for clean cuts in laminated board materials, HPL, MDF, plywood, or non-ferrous metals. This tooth shape is not suitable for solid wood.

Flat tooth
Flat teeth are primarily used on scoring and grooving circular saw blades. They produce particularly flat groove bottoms and are ideal for precise grooves, such as when recessing back panels, glazing beads, or joints such as finger joints. Despite higher cutting resistance, they impress with their precise geometry and defined cutting edge.

Roof hollow tooth
The roof hollow tooth is a special shape with a beveled tooth back and a hollow cutting edge. This geometry is particularly suitable for cutting laminate without a scoring saw and is frequently used in horizontal panel dividing saws. While the complex resharpening makes this tooth shape more costly, it delivers a clean cut on delicate surfaces.

Conical tooth
Conical teeth are primarily found on scoring saw blades. The tooth tapers towards the base, allowing the cutting width to be adjusted depending on the depth of cut. This tooth shape serves as a preparation for the main saw blade to prevent tearing when processing panels—especially with melamine-coated or veneered materials.
Number of teeth & cutting quality
The number of teeth on a circular saw blade directly influences the cutting pattern, feed rate, and chip removal. To achieve optimal results, the number of teeth should be adjusted according to the type of cut.
For longitudinal cuts
For cuts along the grain, a low tooth count with large chip spaces is ideal. This allows for fast cutting and ensures effective chip removal. Such blades are often used in sawmills or pre-processing operations where speed and material throughput are critical.
Ø 160 mm: recommended 12–18 teeth
Ø 250 mm: recommended up to 30 teeth

For cross sections
When cutting across the grain, a clean, tear-free cutting edge is absolutely essential. A high tooth count with small chip spaces significantly reduces the load per tooth and ensures a consistently fine cut. This blade configuration is particularly essential for delicate or coated materials.
Ø 160 mm: recommended 48–56 teeth
Ø 250 mm: recommended 60–80 teeth

Universal circular saw blades
For flexible use, we offer universal saw blades suitable for both rip and cross cuts. These represent a balanced solution when different types of cuts need to be covered with one blade – ideal for the workshop or DIY use.
